Baby Time at the library equals nap time at home!

Today is Wednesday so this morning we headed out for "Baby Time" at the library again! I love love love this program! It has helped Izzy so much in so many ways. It has helped her socially as well as physically, since she wasn't a crawler AT ALL, the first time she was content to just sit on the blanket and listen to the songs and books, the second time she wanted to stand (holding onto me of course), the third time she showed interest in walking around holding onto my fingers following some of the babies that were walking on their own. Unfortunately after those 3 weeks the session was over and there was about a month break. So we started back up the second week in June. That would make today the 4th time back since the break and we walked and I put her down and she was in Heaven! She didn't need me at all to keep up with the other babies. She had a blast going from one side of the room to the other. The whole time she was just lit up with excitement!Its really funny to watch because she is the only girl and the boys are about 2 months older than her so they are more steady on their feet and rougher, but Izzy holds her own and if she gets knocked down she gets right back up and goes again! I am so proud of her. On a side note I always look forward to the nap she will take after baby time, especially today since we are working on transitioning her to nap in her crib and not my bed, when we got home she slept almost 2 hours in her crib!
